We are looking for a Chef/Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to cook, clean keep an orderly environment.
Responsibilities
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.).
Cook food in various utensils or grillers.
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
Requirements and Skills
High School degree.
3 - 5 years work experience.
Proven experience as a Housekeeper.
Proven experience as Chef.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Working quickly without compromising quality.
Knowledge of English language.
