Ensure adherence to standards in the production and preparation of food - in quality, quantity and safety
Ensure the correct storage of all food items
Ensure consistent and smooth production of food
Ensure that working areas are always kept clean
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to specification and served at the correct quality, portion size and temperature
Communicating with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure that food items are prepared in a timely manner
Maintaining the inventory of food items in the kitchen and appropriately restock when necessary
Work towards exceeding customer’s expectation
Requirements
