You should provide exceptional support to our existing clients known as riders in the industry and should work with the top-notch operation team. As a part of this job, you must be self-motivated and should be able to operate independently with less oversight. You should be able to interact with different types of personalities and should be enthusiastic to work during weekends and holidays. You should be comfortable adapting to new technology and should have a passion for empowering others. You should be quick and efficiently in solving problems and troubleshooting providing excellent support to passengers.
